Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), this accommodation comprises: - A pretty 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hob, dining area... - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x190), and a cot - Bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, this accommodation offers the following additional equipment: high chair, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A south-west-facing balcony (approx. 1 m²) facing the thermal baths, where you can enjoy the sunny days.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The flat is ideally located in the centre of Néris-les-Bains, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the town's thermal baths.
Activities in the immediate vicinity: thermal baths, spa, casino, as well as numerous walks, including a visit to the Roman site of Néris-les-Bains.
Nearby: visit Montluçon, 15 minutes away by car, with numerous festivals throughout the year.
Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (paying car park).
