Cocoonr agency offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned cottage with shared swimming pool in Solliès-Toucas to rent for up to 5 people.
The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with Tassimo coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A 10 m² east-west terrace with furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.
- A private, unenclosed outdoor space of around 50 m² with no overlooked neighbours.
- Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, weather permitting).
- 250 m² wellness area (sauna, hammam) open from June to September (fee payable).
- A snack bar offering fast food is available from May to September.
The house is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage's private car park (1 car). Free parking is available on the estate. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Solliès-Pont, about 5 minutes' drive away - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 25 minutes away by car To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and booking management service) and La conciergerie d'Emmy (concierge/housekeeping service). Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site).
