The separate kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy together.
Also on this floor, there are two bedrooms, one double and one triple, both with private bathrooms, ideal for ensuring your comfort and privacy.
Climbing the stairs, you reach the second floor, where there are two more double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
The largest bedroom in the villa, with a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub and a private terrace, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the pool.

IMPORTANT -A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in, where they will be asked to enter the details of each guest. -Upon arrival, a security deposit of €500 will be required in cash; the amount will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no evident damage to the property. -The tourist tax of €0.50 per person must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The tax is charged for each overnight stay, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children up to and including 2 years of age are exempt.
