Cocoonr agency offers this charming 220 m² air-conditioned house in Cabriès to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a study area, two bathrooms (with shower) and a vast 4000 m² garden planted with trees.

The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV and sofas. - A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A veranda with a dining area - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - A study area with a sofa bed (140x190) that can be converted into a bed (sleeps two) - Separate WC First floor: - A 7 m² balcony overlooking the garden - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90x200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 4,000 m² enclosed garden and a 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is located in Cabriès, in very pleasant surroundings.

You'll be close to the industrial zones of Les Milles and Marignane.
All the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, cinemas, bowling alleys... Activities : - Château de Cabriès: Medieval castle that houses the Edgar Mélik Museum, dedicated to the painter and offering a beautiful view of the region. - Stroll through the old village of Cabriès to discover its Provençal streets, little chapels and ancient monuments. - Walks and hikes in the surrounding hills (walking clubs, trails around Trébillane). Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gravel driveway in front of the house, on the plot (5 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Aix-en-Provence TGV station, 15 minutes away - Marseille-Provence airport, 20 minutes away - Bus at the foot of the road (50m walk). To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and booking management service) and a local concierge service (concierge/housekeeping service). Other remarks : - Cot on request - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is not functional - The house is equipped with an alarm and three cameras capable of taking photos, but which do not film: one in the living room, one in the bedroom with the sofa bed and one upstairs in the corridor.
