The apartment is located 5 minutes from Monaco by car and includes a private indoor car park. Recently tastefully renovated, located in a quiet environment, this modern apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed, sofa bed for 2 people). You will benefit from all the comforts for your seminars or your vacations. Features appreciated by my guests: - Ideal location, in a luxury building, in a new, quiet residential area. - This modern residence has a swimming pool. - You can use the building's swimming pool from May to October. - Fully equipped, sheets, towels and toiletry bags will be provided. - The apartment has a private box to park your car. Accommodation : You will appreciate my recently renovated accommodation for its charm, its comfort with quality materials and its location. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A friendly and bright living room: sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, television. - A comfortable bedroom: king size bed, storage space. - A fully equipped modern kitchen: dining area with bar table for 4 people, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils. - A neat bathroom: Italian shower, WC, towel dryer. You can also enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a terrace and garden furniture. ️ Private parking is also at your disposal.
