It offers a stunning, unobstructed view over the marina. 📷 It is just a few minutes’ walk from the Château, the university, and the main attractions of the city center.

Brand new and tastefully decorated, this 52 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), provides all the comfort you need.
Everything has been carefully designed to make you feel right at home. 😊 It is composed as follows: - A bright living/dining area with a view of the harbor, featuring a dining table, a sofa, a Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc., accessible with your own login details), and direct access to the balcony; - A separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.); - A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and a vanity area with stool and mirror; - A bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a walk-in closet, a desk with chair, a chest of drawers, and a large mirror.
The location is ideal for enjoying the lively atmosphere of the harbor and city center while staying in a comfortable and carefully designed apartment. ✅ Provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, kitchen equipment, etc. ⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. 🚗 The apartment does not have a private parking space.

J'ai tout aimé dans ce bel appartement , il est propre , spacieux , bien équipé , terrasse donnant sur les quais , les bars en dessous ne nous ont pas dérangés pourtant très fréquentés .
Accès a tout le centre ville sans utiliser la voiture , ça c'est top .
