A comfortable and bright 55 square meters apartment, perfect for four people, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to disabled guests).
The property is located in the Cascina Merlata neighborhood, a growing area on the outskirts of Milan with plenty of amenities, including the large Merlata Bloom shopping center, and green spaces.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and small terrace.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, flat-screen TV, and double sofa bed;
- BEDROOM with double bed, built-in wardrobe, and flat-screen TV;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- SMALL TERRACE.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air cooler, independent heating (including remote control), washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.
