The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Villeneuve-le-Roi.
It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with bath), four beautiful bedrooms, one of which has a shower room, and a garden of around 360 m².

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 35 m² living room with dining area, TV and corner sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room - A separate WC - Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer First floor: - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) and a desk area - One bedroom with two single beds forming a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with bath and shower - A separate WC On the mezzanine : - A relaxation area with a sofa bed For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A beautiful 360 m² enclosed garden and a 12 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-le-Roi, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Parks and green spaces nearby for a stroll - Numerous cultural and sporting events throughout the year - Walks along the banks of the Seine - Visit the historic district - Access to Paris by RER in 12 minutes (museums, parks, exhibitions, department stores, etc.) Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, as well as in the free street parking spaces.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Easy access to public transport to and from Paris - Gare de Lyon: about 15 minutes on the RER D (Villeneuve Saint Georges station is a 10-minute walk away) - Gare Bibliothèque François Mitterrand: about 20 minutes by RER C (Villeneuve le Roi station - access by bus 12 minutes or by car 5 minutes) - Paris Austerlitz station: about 35 minutes on the RER C - Paris Orly airport: about 20 minutes by car or via bus 482 To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service).
