Welcome to the Gîte de la Bosse Besnard, located in Saint-Marcan in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
The location is ideal, in a golden triangle between Pontorson, Dol-de-Bretagne and the not-to-be-missed Mont Saint-Michel, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
This single-storey holiday rental - opened in 2024 - has been completely and tastefully renovated, offering you all modern comforts, while preserving the country history of the place.
Space is the watchword of the large property available to you during your stay : spacious living rooms, a large courtyard for pleasant gourmet moments in the sun, a vast garden with an idyllic view over the countryside, parking for your cars.
Baby equipment is available for a rejuvenating family holiday.
Pierrick, the owner, will welcome you for a few nights or a few weeks.
Take advantage of your stay to explore the region! Places like Mont Dol, the oysters of Cancale, Dol-de-Bretagne Cathedral, the ramparts of Saint-Malo, the Château de Combourg and Rennes and its museums are all well worth a visit ! The house sleeps 1 to 4 people : * Inside 3 entrance doors lead to : - the living room with modern, fully-equipped kitchen area, sitting area (comfortable convertible sofa 140 x 190 cm), sitting area with TV and fireplace. - the large separate bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) with TV, dressing area and single armchair.
Possibility of installing a cot. - 1 separate WC - 1 separate shower room with walk-in shower - 1 laundry room with water point, washing machine, cleaning kit, ironing board and iron. * The exterior - Fully enclosed property, secured by a gate - Private courtyard for parking your vehicles - Electric recharging point can be hired for your vehicle - Garden furniture, picnic table, shade umbrellas, fixed barbecue and deckchairs in summer. - Large garden for playing and relaxing - Outbuilding for storing bikes, paddles, kayaks, pushchairs, etc. * Facilities and services - TV, Wi-fi, dishwasher, oven, freezer, washing machine, food processors, etc. - Heating included - A fireplace is available for your convenience.
