On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher opens onto a bright living room with everything you need for your comfort. Upstairs, the sleeping area features a first bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and a 60x120 baby cot, along with an en-suite shower room with toilet.
The second bedroom includes a comfortable 160x200 double bed, an 90x200 single bed, and a dedicated workspace. An iron and a hairdryer are also available. The real highlight of this property is its private courtyard with a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing moments, as well as a pleasant sunlit terrace equipped with a plancha.. Please note that bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee to simplify your stay. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. Ideally located, this apartment allows you to do everything on foot thanks to its exceptional setting: the Arcachon Bay beach is just a 15-minute walk away. You will enjoy immediate access to local amenities, with the weekly market, covered market, cinema, and a supermarket all within a 10-minute walk. Those who enjoy going out will appreciate the quick access to bars, restaurants, and shops in the town center, while staying in a very peaceful neighborhood. Accoglienza inesistente, non si è presentato nessuno, hanno solo comunicato tramite mail per lamentarsi dell'abbaiare dei cani, uno dei quali non era nostro ma quello dei vicini. Poco chiaro anche il dover pagare per le lenzuola e asciugamani ,viene comunicato solo...
