Ideally located on the ground floor of a Parisian building, this large 165 m² duplex can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious modern living room with a sofa bed, TV, and large dining table – ideal for relaxing or sharing meals.
The fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven…) has everything you need to cook just like at home.
This level also includes a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed. Upstairs, three bright bedrooms with queen-size beds ensure restful nights.
You’ll also find three bathrooms (two with WC), plus a separate toilet for added convenience.
A washing machine is available to make your stay hassle-free. A lively and central neighborhood Located in the 10th arrondissement, between République and Canal Saint-Martin, you’ll enjoy a dynamic and authentic atmosphere surrounded by cafés, restaurants, artisan bakeries, and trendy boutiques.
