Immersed in a charming garden with pine forest and swimming pool, the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area equipped with all services, a short distance from the center of Ferrara and the "Herculean addition" area, the most beautiful in the city.
The solution consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, shared outdoor swimming pool and 2 outdoor parking spaces.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHEN CORNER (induction hob, mini fridge with freezer compartment, moka, kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils) dining table, double sofa bed and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink;
- POOL with umbrellas and deckchair.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi; split A/C in bedroom and living room, independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, desk, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, shared outdoor swimming pool and garden with outdoor dining area with barbecue.

The swimming pool is accessible to guests seasonally (June-September).
ATTENTION: The depth of the pool is 2.20 meters.
The pool is NOT guarded (NO lifeguard) and the property is NOT responsible for any misuse by guests.
The pool is available ONLY during the following time slots: from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
For stays longer than 10 nights there is a supplement for linen and cleaning, to be agreed.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Ferrara is a city on a human scale, easily visited on foot or, for those who prefer, by bike: it is no coincidence that it is known as the Italian city of bicycles.
The presence of bus line 7 less than 400 meters from the property also allows you to travel comfortably towards the city center even by public transport.
Among the main attractions of the city, absolutely not to be missed, we point out the famous Estense Castle, an imposing fortress dating back to the 14th century; the Cathedral of Ferrara, with its white marble façade, called "Duomo" by the people of Ferrara themselves; the Palazzo dei Diamanti, which owes its name to the diamond-shaped white and pink marble blocks that cover its two facades and the Via delle Volte, with its medieval charm.
To reach the main points of interest:

- Diamond Palace: 22 minutes on foot;

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car/taxi.
Alternatively, it is possible to take the shuttle to Bologna Central Station, continue by train to Ferrara Station and from there take bus no. 7 to the "Via Favero" stop, a 2-minute walk from the apartment; - From Ferrara station, you can take bus no. 7 to the "Via Favero" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property; - For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and there are several free parking spaces on the street, as well as two uncovered parking spaces inside the property.

Alloggio stupendo soprattutto l'area esterna. L'appartamento era fornito di tutto il necessario e siamo stati davvero bene. Unica pecca la porta del bagno scricchiola e la notte se qualcuno dorme sul divano letto potrebbe dare fastidio. Veramente un difetto minimo rispetto ai pregi dell' alloggio. Veramente consigliato!

Sehr schön war der Außensitz, den wir am nach Sonnenuntergang gerne genutzt haben. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Die Zusammenarbeit mit CleanBNB war miserabel.

A wonderfully spent week in a charming house. We lacked nothing. Peace and quiet. The pool is 1.40m deep, so not actually that deep—contrary to what I’d read in other comments. I’d gladly return in the future. Highly recommended.
