The accommodation is located in the Bocconi/Tibaldi district, a vibrant and strategic area, defined by the prestigious presence of the Bocconi University and its modernist campus, characterized by the new "Milano Tibaldi - Università Bocconi" railway station.
The solution consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHEN CORNER (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses and kitchen utensils) dining table, double sofa bed, TV and access to the veranda terrace;
- VERANDED TERRACE with dining table and chairs;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and access to the terrace;
- TERRACE with table and chairs;
- BATHROOM I with raised shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM II with bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, ducted air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

It is a well-served residential area, undergoing strong regeneration (Scalo Romana area) and characterized by the new "Milano Tibaldi - Università Bocconi" railway station, which, together with the numerous bus and tram lines, allows excellent connections with the rest of the city. Main distances: - Piazza del Duomo: 28 minutes on foot / 26 minutes by public transport; - Navigli: 25 minutes on foot; - Brera Art Gallery: 29 minutes by public transport; - Sempione Park and Sforzesco Castle: 35 minutes by public transport. - miscusi fresh pasta restaurant: 3 minutes on foot; - TUDAY CONAD: 1 minute on foot; - Café 48: 2 minutes on foot. - From Milan Linate Airport it is possible to reach the property via the M4 metro (Blue Line) to the "Santa Sofia" stop, a 17-minute walk from the apartment; - From Milan Central station it is possible to reach the property via the M3 metro (yellow line) to the "Missori" stop, from here proceed for 3 minutes on foot and change to tram 15 at "Piazza Missori Corso Italia" to the "Castelbarco" stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment; - If you travel by car the parking space is not included; however it is possible to park for free or for a fee near the property (NOT guaranteed).

Amploa apartamento bem no final da zona central de Milão. Amplo.
Apenas a opção de Tram para se locomover ao centro. É próximo, mas os deslocamentos podem ser demorados para quem estiver poucos dias a turismo.

Posizione super e molto tranquilla. Casa molto ariosa, spazio terrazza fuori veramente confortevole
Io adotterei il self check in automatico con locker. È molto piu comodo e cosi si evita di doversi organizzare per ingresso uscita e scambio chiavi
Struttura super approvata! Gentilissimo il personale che gestisce l'appartamento, super disponibile!

La gentilezza del personale che ti accoglie all'arrivo. L'appartamento è favoloso bellissime e pulite le stanze. Gli spazi sono molto grandi. Da 4 anni vengo ogni anno a Milano per motivi sportivi e non ho mai trovato un appartamento così comodo e pulito!
