A beautiful 160 m² house in a quiet, secluded location with unobstructed views of the countryside, close to the historic centre of Mouans Sartoux: 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot (1 km).
The Palais des Festivals in Cannes is 10 km away, an average of 20–30 minutes by car
Train station 900 m away – bus stop 280 m away – area served by Uber.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance of the house.
