This work will cause traffic disruption on Rue Jean Rondeau and adjacent streets, which will be closed in turn, as well as noise disturbance during the day. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A bright 17 m² living room with a TV, sofa and cosy dining area - A modern, fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A utility room (with washing machine) - Bedroom 1: with a single bed, wardrobe and desk (accessible from the living area) - Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140×190), wardrobe and desk - A shower room - A separate toilet The flat is ideally located in Le Mans, in a quiet area close to everything: shops, restaurants, bars, market, small boutiques... You can do it all on foot! To discover during your stay: - The emblematic 24 Hours of Le Mans & 24 Hours of Motorcycling (circuit visit possible) - The magnificent Vieux Mans (Cité Plantagênet) and its medieval streets - Saint-Julien cathedral and the Gallo-Roman city walls - The Carré Plantagênet museum, the Royal Abbey of Épau - Relaxing walks along the banks of the Sarthe river - For families: the must-see Papéa Parc (10 minutes away), the Arche de la Nature (Nature Arch) Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Le Mans TGV, about 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by tram. - The nearest tram station is Gambetta-Mûriers (T1) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
