Cocoonr agency offers you this charming house to rent in Arzon, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, measuring 110 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers.
It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and hotel quality 4 linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
GROUND FLOOR:
- A master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and a bathroom with shower
-1 separate toilet
ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190),
- one bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 children
- one bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- bathroom with shower
- 1 separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful wooden terrace with all the necessary garden furniture, 1 plancha and a petanque area.
The house is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Vannes - Nearest airport: Nantes On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (ADSL) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Independent arrival compulsory: Access to the accommodation is possible from 5pm. Keys can be collected from a Keycafe secure locker located at the back of the Cocoonr Presqu'île de Rhuys agency, around 25 minutes from the accommodation.
