Located on the 8th floor, it comprises a bright 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV and single sofa bed (80x250 cm) - Kitchen area with electric kettle, oven, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, worktop with dining area... - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC. For added convenience, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 100 m² terrace facing east, south and west with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Bois-Colombes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Things to do: - Parc des Bruyères: stroll, run or picnic - Centre Aquatique de Bois-Colombes: modern pool for swimming or relaxing - Espace Schiffers: exhibitions, workshops and cultural events - Parc Pierre Lagravère: large park on the banks of the Seine for cycling or walking Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park opposite the building (pay parking). For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bois-Colombes, 100 metres away - Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG), about 30km away - Orly airport, 50 minutes away: access by train (line J) then metro (line 14) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
