It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and wood-burning stove (pellets not provided) - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., as well as a dining area. - A dining room - A shower room with shower, WC and laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer) First floor: - A television on the landing - Bedroom 1: two single beds forming a king-size double bed (180x200) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with sea view - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Crozon, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the port...
The Crozon Morgat sailing club is a 10-minute walk away! Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (capacity 1 space).
Free public parking is available near the house and in the surrounding area.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Brest airport and station are 1 hour away by car.
