Quiet and spacious, it has a 46 m² living room ideal for socialising, two bathrooms (shower or bath), four bedrooms and a 6,000 m² garden.
Situated on Mont Saint-Jean, it benefits from a rare, unspoilt natural environment. The owner has also set up an environmentally-friendly initiative, an individual purification station made from hazelnut shells, which treats waste water while using water from the natural spring, for an ecological and sustainable stay. A unique place to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is as follows Lower floor - Bedrooms 1 and 2: one king-size bed (180 × 200 - twin beds cannot be separated) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200) - Bathroom: bath and walk-in shower - Laundry room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron - Separate WC Raised ground floor - Living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180 × 200 - twin beds cannot be separated) - Shower room: walk-in shower, WC and washbasin For even greater comfort, the owner provides a barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Visit the weekly market in Lodève on Saturday mornings and the market in Clermont-l'Hérault (one of the oldest markets in France) on Wednesday mornings. Activities: - A marked hiking trail near Liausson towards Mourèze - Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert - Larzac plateau - Cap d'Agde - Montpellier and Béziers 40 km away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: – Montpellier Saint-Roch railway station: 1 hour by car. – Montpellier Méditerranée Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes by car. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
