Cocoonr offers you this charming 24 m² flat in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, with swimming pool and ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a cabin bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a balcony.

The accommodation comprises - 24 m² living room with double sofa bed (sleeps two), TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A bedroom with a bunk bed: 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed (90×190) - A bathroom with bath and WC Outside : - An east-facing balcony with views of Mont Blanc and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Communal areas : - A heated swimming pool during the summer season.
The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September (dates not contractual). It is located 2 minutes' walk from the flat. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc: thermal spa with hot pools, sauna, steam room, etc. - Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc ski area - Via Ferrata du Parc Thermal: Secure clifftop course - Pont du Diable : Nice little spot for a quick walk - Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc : Village centre: restaurants, bars, shops. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car parks in front of the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Gervais le Fayet, about 13 km away - Nearest airport: Génève, about 95 km away You'll need a car to enjoy the region to the full. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
