Located in one of the more desirable neighborhoods in Durham, this listing is for the recently renovated 3 bedroom home.
Close to great restaurants like Guglhupf, Fosters Market, Original Q Shack and more. Conveniently located only 5 minutes to Duke University, 10 minutes to downtown Durham, and 20 minute from RDU airport or Chapel Hill.

This rental is the entire 3 bedroom house and accessed via the door up the front porch. The entire space is yours and no interior spaces are shared.
Once inside, the property opens to a living room with a couch and two chairs, coffee table and smart tv where you can access your streaming services. Off one side of the living room is the kitchen featuring a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is also a dining table in this area. The kitchen includes a microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, baking sheets, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
As you continue down the hallway, you will pass the first of three bedrooms featuring a comfortable full/double sized bed which would be ideal if traveling with children.
Continuing down the hallway is the full bath (tub/shower combo), the second bedroom (queen bed) and the master bedroom (king bed) Inside the master bedroom is a half bath.
The bedrooms have closet space and privacy blackout curtains for a comfortable night's sleep.
The entire house has new forced air HVAC for comfortable temperatures year round.
This property is located in the Lakewood neighborhood with mature tree lined streets. The property is walking distance to several restaurants and a quick drive to downtown Durham. Target and other stores.
