Modern flat with space for 4 people (and one baby)! The apartment offers 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60m), a small, modern bathroom & an open living area with large dining table, two sofas, TV & new kitchen (dishwasher (!) and large refrigerator with freezer). From the two bedrooms you have a view of the garden. The open spacious layout offers space for cosy game nights or a relaxed ending with a glass of wine. The nearby forest Siebentischwald is ideal for long walks, jogging or a nice bike ride. About 20 minutes walk is a public swimming lake. High chair and small baby bed available. If necessary, laundry can also be washed. Fitness room in the garden useable.

1 min. to the bus, from there 10 min to tram 2 and then it is another 15-20 minutes to the city centre. Supermarket, drugstore, bakery, pharmacy & ATM within walking distance.

Legoland Günzburg is about 45 minutes away by car. Munich city centre is about an hour away by car, the beautiful Ammersee is about 40 minutes away by car.
