Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Villa Richadière, an exceptional property with rare and luxurious features.
Ideally located, this villa boasts direct, private access to the lake (beach), a swimming pool offering spectacular views of the lake and mountains, and spacious living areas opening onto a unique panorama.
With a surface area of around 400 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests in absolute comfort.
Each space has been designed using top-of-the-range materials and furnishings, combining elegance and refinement for a unique experience. The Villa is composed as follows Main floor: - A spacious living room bathed in light, with a unique panoramic view over Lake Annecy. - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen from SMEG (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, gas hob, airfryer, ice maker, etc.) - Two lounge areas, one with a large television, sound bar and fireplace - An open-plan dining room that comfortably seats 10 guests > These light-filled living areas open onto a splendid view of the lake and mountains, with direct access to the terrace and outdoor dining area equipped with a plancha grill. - Separate WC - Entrance hall with large storage cupboards - Bedroom 1 with lake and mountain views: double bed 140x190 with en suite shower room & bath, television, wardrobe and access to terrace - Enclosed WC in bedroom area 1st floor: - Games room with lake & mountain views, balcony access, desk (workspace) and storage cupboards - Bedroom n°2 with lake & mountain views: 2 single beds 80x190 (can be made into a single double bed on request) with en-suite shower room, television, dressing area and access to terrace - Bedroom 3 with small mountain view: double bed 140x190 with en-suite bathroom (bath), wardrobe and desk - Bedroom 4 with lake & mountain views: double bed 140x190 with en-suite shower room, television, wardrobe and access to terrace - Bedroom 5 with mountain view: double bed 140x190 with en-suite shower room, wardrobe and balcony access - Separate WC Basement : - Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer Outside area : - Terrace facing the lake and mountains with dining area for 10 guests, deckchairs, hanging armchair, garden furniture (sofas/low table) and electric griddle. - Covered swimming pool facing the lake and mountains with sun loungers for 10 people and parasol - Direct, private access to the lake from the spacious garden - Private pontoon - Mooring loop These exceptional outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy Lake Annecy in an exclusive setting, for unique moments combining luxury and serenity: swimming, paddle, kayaking, fishing, private boat trips... Nearby amenities: The Villa is ideally located close to the centre of Veyrier du Lac and Annecy with a private beach. - Cycle path along the lake in front of the house. - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 4 minutes' drive from the Villa. Activities : Go hiking in Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport: If you are coming by car, the property has private parking for up to 4 vehicles. - The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop 10 minutes' walk from the Villa (Crozette), provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Completely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
