Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Villa Richadière, an exceptional property with rare and luxurious features.
Ideally located, this villa boasts direct, private access to the lake (beach), a swimming pool offering spectacular views of the lake and mountains, and spacious living areas opening onto a unique panorama.
With a surface area of around 400 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests in absolute comfort.
Each space has been designed using top-of-the-range materials and furnishings, combining elegance and refinement for a unique experience. Please note that building work is currently taking place in the neighbourhood, which may cause some noise disturbance during the day, and that a crane is visible from certain areas of the property. The villa is laid out as follows: Main floor: - A spacious, light-filled living room with a unique, panoramic view of Lake Annecy - A fully fitted open-plan kitchen featuring SMEG appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, gas hobs, air fryer, ice maker, etc.) - Two lounge areas, one of which has a large television, soundbar and fireplace - An open-plan dining room comfortably seating 10 guests > These light-filled living spaces open out onto a splendid view of the lake and mountains, with direct access to the terrace and an outdoor dining area equipped with a plancha. - Separate toilet - Hallway with large storage cupboards - Bedroom 1 with lake and mountain views: 140x190 double bed with en-suite shower room and bath, television, wardrobe and access to the terrace - En-suite toilet within the bedroom area First floor: - Games room with views of the lake and mountains, access to the balcony, desk (work area) and storage cupboards - Bedroom 2 with views of the lake and mountains: 2 single beds (80x190) (which can be joined to form a double bed on request) with en-suite shower room, television, walk-in wardrobe and access to the terrace - Bedroom 3 with a partial view of the mountains: 140x190 double bed with en-suite bathroom (bath), cupboard and desk - Bedroom 4 with lake and mountain views: 140x190 double bed with en-suite shower room, television, cupboard and access to the terrace - Bedroom 5 with mountain views: 140x190 double bed with en-suite shower room, cupboard and access to the balcony - Separate toilet Basement: - Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer Outdoors: - Raised terrace facing the lake and mountains with a dining area for 10 guests, sun loungers, a hanging chair, garden furniture (sofas/coffee table) and an electric griddle. - Swimming pool with safety cover overlooking the lake and mountains, with sun loungers for 6 people and a parasol: open from June to September. - Direct, private access to the lake via the spacious garden - Private jetty - Mooring loop These exceptional outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy Lake Annecy in an exclusive setting, for unique moments combining luxury and tranquillity: swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, private boat trips… CCTV cameras are installed solely outside the property.
They are activated only if an intrusion is detected, following the sounding of the alarm. Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, smart TV, games and sound system.
Cot and high chair available. Nearby amenities: The Villa is ideally located close to the centre of Veyrier du Lac and Annecy with a private beach. - Cycle path along the lake in front of the house. - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 4 minutes' drive from the Villa. Activities : Go hiking in Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport: If you are coming by car, the property has private parking for up to 4 vehicles. - The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop 10 minutes' walk from the Villa (Crozette), provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Completely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
