A fully equipped and comfortable flat with air conditioning. It’s close to the beach but a fair way from the centre, so you have to drive and find a parking space, which is a nightmare in El Puerto. Good value for money considering the summer prices in El Puerto. The spacious private patio and the communal facilities (swimming pool) are a real plus.

A good flat for families. A very spacious flat with two separate pool areas.
It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, as there is a flight of steps to descend. The beach is too far away for people with mobility difficulties.
