Cocoonr agency offers this 100 m² house in Hasparren, which sleeps up to 4 people, to rent.
It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of around 350 m², facing south-east
- A south-east-facing terrace of around 25 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Hasparren, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Walks in the Hasparren forest, the Elizaberri hiking area or Bonloc Park - Discover the Landare Exotikoen Lorategia exotic plant garden - Tasting local produce - Biarritz beach, around 35 km away (water sports) - Chambre d'Amour beach (Anglet) - 40km from the Spanish border - Plage des Cavaliers (Bayonne) about 35 mins away - Soorts-Hossegor about 40 mins away - Train de la Rhune (climb to the top of the mountain for a panoramic view of the whole Basque country) approx. 40 mins away - Sare caves, approx. 40 mins away - Unusual activities in the area: paragliding, canyoning & golf (Malika Golf Club / Golf Club Biarritz / Golf Club de Chiberta) - Cambo-les-bains thermal baths about 10 minutes away by car Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two spaces).
