Cocoonr offers this charming 72 m² flat in Vitrolles to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, coffee machine, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140x 190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An enclosed loggia with sliding bay windows measuring 9 m², facing east, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Vitrolles, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Parc du Griffon: a large, pleasant park for walking, picnicking or just relaxing. - Réserve ornithologique des Salins du Lion: Perfect for birdwatching and a leisurely stroll. - Parc de la Tuilière: Quieter, ideal if you want a chill-out spot - Tour Sarrazine: A small historic site with a lovely view. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Vitrolles-Aéroport-Marseille-Provence, 10 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, 10 minutes' drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
