With a living area of 130 m², it features a magnificent glass-enclosed veranda offering unobstructed views of the city, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular sunset each evening while having an aperitif. The living space is designed for conviviality and relaxation in a serene and privileged setting. The sleeping area comprises four bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Three of them each have a 160x190 cm double bed. The fourth bedroom offers a unique layout with a 180x200 cm loft bed, providing a spacious sleeping area. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The villa is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
You will have two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine (with flat capsules). For cozy evenings, a raclette grill is also available.
For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning.
You will also find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and a hairdryer – valuable amenities for longer stays. Wi-Fi is included. Please note that pets are not allowed.
