The accommodation comprises - 21 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc. On the mezzanine : - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan. The flat is ideally located in Chambéry, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Historical visits : - Castle of the Dukes of Savoy (5min walk) - Musée Savoisien (2min) - Annecy city tour (30min by car) Nearby lakes : - Lac du Bourget at Aix-les bains (15min drive) or Lac d'Annecy (30min drive): for boat trips, water skiing and wakeboarding, etc. - Lac d'Aiguebelette (15min by car): quieter (boats not allowed) for paddling, pedalos, etc. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the town's pay car parks, close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Chambéry, about 1 km away - Nearest airport: Grenoble-Alpes-Isère 63 km; Lyon Saint-Exupéry and Geneva around 90 km.
