Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps two children or one adult) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Ouen, in a pleasant and dynamic environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and local markets are within easy reach.
The area is particularly popular for its quality of life and excellent transport links: metro lines 13 and 14 are within easy reach, with central Paris just 15 minutes away. Activities : - Centre of Paris (Châtelet, Notre Dame, Louvre Museum, Marais, quays of the Seine): ~20-25 min (direct line 14) - Champs-Élysées: ~20 min (line 13 direct) - Montmartre / Sacré-Cœur : ~15-20 min (line 13 + connection or direct bus 85) - Trocadéro / Eiffel Tower: ~30 min (line 13 or 14 + one connection) - Disneyland : ~45-60 min (line 14 then RER A) - Les Puces de Saint-Ouen (stroll, antiques): 10 min walk - La Communale (food court) : 10 min walk - Quartier des Docks and park (walks, running) Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (paying car park).
