Cocoonr offers this charming 85 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than 100 m from the beach and marina.
It can accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift) and accessible by a miller's staircase, it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a courtyard planted with flowers outside.
Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A bright living room with a dining area and a sitting area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private courtyard with flowers, a pergola and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 vehicles) or in the public spaces in the nearby streets. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: Railway stations : - Caen SNCF station about 25 km away - Bayeux SNCF railway station, approx. 20 km away Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, approx. 22 km away A shuttle bus runs to the D-Day landing beaches.
Information and tickets available from the tourist office, about 50 m from the gîte. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Further notes: - Access to the accommodation is via a narrow staircase, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for directly with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. (Sheets: €16 per bed; towels: €6 per person; tea towels: €2 each; bath mats: €3 each.) - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
