Cocoonr agency offers this charming 130 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Lion-sur-Mer, less than 600 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 600 m² garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 70 m² living room with wood-burning stove (wood provided), TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - An 8x4m swimming pool (private and heated), open from 1 June until 31 October.
It is secured by an electric cover and an alarm. - An enclosed, private, south-facing 600 m² garden, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A 20 m² south-facing terrace around the pool The house is ideally located in Lion-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - La Plage de Lion-sur-mer : Large sandy beach, perfect for walking, relaxing or watching the sunset. - La Falaise des Confessionnaux: A small natural spot with a view, ideal for a quiet stroll. - Nautical centre (sailing, paddle, kayaking...): Sea activities such as catamaran, paddle or sand yacht. - Lion-sur-Mer Castle - St. Peter Church of Lion-sur-Mer Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one vehicle plus a trailer if required) and private car park at the house (two vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Caen, about 40 minutes away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, about 40 minutes away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Free wood for the stove - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
