Cozy apartment of 50 sqm, located on the second floor (38 steps to access), can accommodate up to 3 people.
The accommodation is located in a strategic area: a few steps from the Clock Tower and Piazza dei Signori, in an enviable location and close to all the main services: bars, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets.
The property consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (35 steps to access).
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed (140m X 90 cm), Smart TV "32 inches", table with chairs, split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, oven and microwave, moka, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, soundproofing windows, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE: Unlimited WIFI is shared with the upper apartment.
The air conditioning is present ONLY in the living room.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).

The property is located in the heart of the city center of Padua, steeped in history starting from the astronomical clock.
In Padua there are two sites declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO: the botanical garden, the oldest in the world and frescoes of the fourteenth century, preserved in eight buildings including the chapel of the Scrovegni.
The Prato della Valle, the Basilica of Sant'Antonio, the Caffè Pedrocchi, the market squares and the ancient Jewish ghetto of Padua, Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza della Frutta and the Palazzo della Ragione.
The most suitable means to move in the city center to visit monuments and museums are bicycles or feet.
The city is however equipped with buses and a tram line. Main attractions: - Palazzo dei Signori: 3 minutes on foot; - Palazzo della Ragione, Piazza delle Erbe: 5 minutes on foot; - Prato della Valle: 22 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by public transport; - Saint Anthony of Padua: 19 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by public transport; - Restaurant Sant'Agnese: 2 minutes on foot; - Gigi Pipa Bakery: 2 minutes on foot; - Supermarket DESPAR:5 minutes on foot. - From Venice Marco Polo airport: it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to regional train transport from the Sarmeola terminus to the "Padova Teatro Verdi" stop, just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 40 minutes). - From Padua station you can reach the apartment in 18 minutes on foot or you can take bus no. 6/10/42 to the "Milano 8" stop, 1 minute walk from the property. - If you travel by car it is possible to park in the streets adjacent to the property for a fee on blue lines in the street (along via Milano) or at the paid parking at the Piazza Insurrezione car park (300 meters away) or Garage Milano (290 meters away) . A great stay; the host responds quickly to questions, and the accommodation is close to everything you need. Sleeping with the windows open at night is difficult due to street noise, but otherwise, it was a nice appartement. Thank you!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Padoue. Le logement est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à peine de la Piazza dei Signori, superbe ! Il était impeccablement propre, pratique, bien équipé et calme. Il correspond très bien à la description et aux photos. Je recommande, et j'espère y retourner un jour :)

L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et très bien situé. en revanche, le lit dans la toute petite chambre est très petit, nous avons donc dormi sur le canapé-lit qui n'était pas confortable.
