Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² family home with wifi (fibre optics), which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent in Saint-Alban.
It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a mezzanine with a study area and a sleeping area, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 300 m² outdoor area.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and bathroom (shower).
- A separate WC
First floor:
- Two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90x190) and the second with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- On the mezzanine: a study area and a sleeping area (not enclosed), with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a double bed.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 300 m² outdoor space with terrace and garden to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is located in Saint-Alban, in a quiet, pleasant setting.
You'll enjoy a natural setting that's ideal for unwinding, while remaining just 5 km from the nearest shops and amenities. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Lamballe - Nearest airport: Rennes On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other remarks: - The wood-burning stove is not available to travellers. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
