Modern 44 square meters studio apartment (with separate sleeping area), perfect for four people, located on the first floor of a recently renovated 1960s building with elevator (NOT accessible to disabled guests).
The property enjoys an excellent location, being in an extremely central area (limited traffic zone). The University of Parma headquarters is less than 100 meters away.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a sleeping area, and a bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, moka pot, capsule coffee machine, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), extendable dining table, 50" flat-screen smart TV, and double sofa bed;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed and 43" flat-screen smart TV;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, thermostatically controlled air conditioning and heating, washer/dryer, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a partition and is not soundproofed from the rest of the apartment;
- Pets are allowed upon request only;
- The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone, but loading and unloading is possible for those arriving by car.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Mi sono trovata molto bene. La zona era molto tranquilla ed era facile spostarsi a piedi. Pur essendo in centro, l'appartamento affaccia su un cortile interno silenzioso. L'appartamento era nuovo e pulito, con tutto il necessario. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti ed eravamo tre adulti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, unica pecca il divano-letto su cui puntava l’aria condizionata. Ambiente molto silenzioso e moderno, con molti comfort e soprattutto in posizione ottima per chi è a piedi e deve muoversi in centro. L’host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

El apartamento está muy cerca de todo, muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad. Al ser interior es muy tranquilo, con buen aire acondicionado y bien equipado. Ideal para una pareja o viajeros solitarios. Muy amplio.
