Modern 44 square meters studio apartment (with separate sleeping area), perfect for four people, located on the first floor of a recently renovated 1960s building with elevator (NOT accessible to disabled guests). The property enjoys an excellent location, being in an extremely central area (limited traffic zone). The University of Parma headquarters is less than 100 meters away.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a sleeping area, and a bathroom.
