Perched on the 7th floor of a seafront building on the Zeedijk, this studio places the North Sea directly in front of you - framed by a sunny terrace where you can settle in with a coffee and watch the tide roll in. The open sea view stretches uninterrupted from the moment you step inside, and the terrace catches the afternoon and evening sun, making it a natural gathering spot at the end of a day on the beach.

A cozy living area opens directly onto the terrace, keeping the connection to the sea close at all times.
A flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi are available when you want to wind down indoors, and a dedicated workspace means longer stays are well catered for. Heating is available throughout. Sleeping arrangements The studio accommodates up to four guests across two sleeping options: a foldable double bed for two adults and a sofa bed suited for two children or young people up to 18 years old. Premium hotel-quality bed linens are provided, along with soft bath towels - one large and one small per person. Kitchen & dining The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a hot water kettle, and a coffee maker.
Note that no dishwasher is available.
A dining table seats all four guests comfortably, making it easy to enjoy meals in with a sea view as your backdrop. Bathroom The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hot water, hair dryer, and a range of bathroom essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand soap, and a bathmat - replenished for each stay. Practical details The building has an elevator (at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide), and a lockbox enables flexible self check-in. Paid parking is available off premises.
