Cocoonr offers this charming 60 m² air-conditioned flat in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda to rent for up to 3 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, dining area and single bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- Two balconies (facing south and north-east), with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
You can also admire the river Tech from here. The flat is ideally located in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - The Chaîne Thermale du Soleil thermal baths offer a range of treatments and relaxation packages. - Discover Vallespir and the Catalan countryside - Visits : Arles-sur-Tech, Villefranche-de-Conflent, Céret (market and museum), Collioure, Perpignan - Hiking and cycling Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station and airport: Perpignan, about 40 km away. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
