The accommodation comprises - A cosy living room with a sofa and a connected television (access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video with your login details) - A large, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.) opening onto the garden - A bright dining area where you can share your meals in complete conviviality - A first bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200), storage space and a connected television - A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) overlooking the garden - A third bedroom with two single beds (90x190), ideal for children - A modern bathroom with shower - A private sauna for your moments of relaxation Outside: - Private enclosed garden with garden furniture and electric barbecue - A fully equipped sun terrace for al fresco dining - Private parking available for your vehicle For even more comfort, the house has been renovated to a high standard, with a private sauna for a unique wellness experience and full family facilities, including a high chair and cot. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival. Location: The farmhouse is ideally located for exploring the region: - Plage du Goulet: accessible in just 5 minutes by car - Town centre: less than 5 minutes from shops and restaurants - Leisure activities: water park 12 minutes away and numerous forest and seaside walks in the immediate vicinity. Transport : If you choose to come by car, private parking is available directly on the property. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gare des Sables d'Olonne, about 30 km away (35 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 110 km away (approx. 1 hour 25 minutes' drive) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility
