The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 travellers. The accommodation comprises - A bright living room with sofa and television for relaxing moments - A fully-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, oven, etc.) - A bedroom on the main floor with a double bed (140x190) and storage space - A cosy mezzanine with a second double bed (140x190) - A modern shower room with washbasin and shower - Separate WC Outside : - An 8 m² sunny terrace equipped with a plancha for your meals and summer evenings - A private, reserved parking space in the secure residence For even greater comfort, the flat has been carefully designed, is bright and is right next to one of the most beautiful natural sites in the Vendée. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival. The flat is ideally located for enjoying the countryside and all amenities: - Plage du Veillon: just a 3-minute walk away for swimming and water sports. - Port de Bourgenay: a 15-minute walk along a picturesque coastal path - Shops: supermarket, bakery and fishmonger just a few steps away - Activities: a variety of walks between the beach, pine forest and salt marshes depart from the accommodation. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you have a private parking space within the secure residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare des Sables-d'Olonne (TGV) 18 km away (about 20 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 130 km away (about 1 hour 35 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
