The accommodation comprises - A large, light-filled living room with a cosy sitting area and television - A fully-equipped kitchen (toaster, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.) for preparing your meals in a convivial atmosphere - A first bedroom, ideal for children or groups, with two bunk beds (four 90x200cm beds) - A second comfortable bedroom with a double bed (180x200) - A master suite with dressing room, bathroom and WC, featuring a double bed (160x200) - A modern bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A private swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September) for relaxing and swimming. - An enclosed garden offering privacy and security for your outdoor moments For even greater comfort, the house benefits from a quiet environment and functional fittings designed for summer living.
Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on your arrival. Nearby activities: The villa is ideally located between the seaside resorts of Jard-sur-Mer and Longeville-sur-Mer : - Beaches: Plage du Bouil 2 km away and the famous Plage des Conches 8 km away for surfers and swimmers. - Amenities: shops and restaurants in Longeville-sur-Mer (5 km) and Jard-sur-Mer (4 km) (supermarkets, chemists, boutiques) - Nature: coastal paths and cycle tracks within easy reach for exploring the Vendée coastline - Leisure: Jard-sur-Mer marina just a few minutes away by car Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle safely in the house's private car park.
