In Callas, this renovated Provençal farmhouse offers you a rare setting for a peaceful holiday: 200 m² of living space, an olive grove, views over the hills, a private swimming pool and 4 bedrooms with shower rooms or bathrooms.
You enjoy an intimate, preserved address, ideal for a stay with family or friends, just 2 km from the historic village.
The villa is arranged over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The living spaces combine Provençal character, comfort and ease of use. The spacious lounge creates a pleasant place to gather, read or share a quiet evening.
The adjoining veranda naturally extends the living area, bringing in beautiful light and soothing views over the hills. The large open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your meals easily and share them around a generous dining table. For longer stays, an outdoor laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge-freezer makes your organisation easier. The sleeping area offers a practical layout designed to preserve everyone’s privacy: • Bedroom 1, ground floor, non-air-conditioned: 160 cm bed, shower room with toilet. • Bedroom 2, ground floor, air-conditioned: double bed made up of two 80 cm beds, shower and separate toilet. • Bedroom 3, first floor, air-conditioned: 160 cm bed, bathroom with toilet, balcony with hill views. • Bedroom 4, first floor, air-conditioned: 160 cm bed, shower room with toilet. Outside, the grounds create a true relaxation space.
You benefit from a private 7 x 4 m swimming pool, a shaded terrace and a gas barbecue, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors.
You can park up to 4 vehicles in the private parking area.
A caretaker lives discreetly on the estate, in an independent house below the villa, with no overlooking views towards the property. The villa allows you to easily discover the region’s highlights.
