Cocoonr offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat in Châteaurenard to rent for up to 6 people.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a private 70 m² garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! For an even more spacious and comfortable stay, you can book Les Oliviers du Papet - La Bastide at the same time, to accommodate more than six people in optimum conditions. The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area, with access to a terrace.
Reversible ducted air conditioning - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room with walk-in shower. - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - 70 m² enclosed private garden - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally located in Châteaurenard, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Hiking and cycling in the Alpilles, the Ventoux or the Lubéron - Saintes Maries de la mer beach, around 76 km away - Visit Avignon, around 14 km away - Tasting local produce Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (6 spaces maximum). A charging point for electric vehicles is available (on request and reservation). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Avignon, about 14 km away - Nearest airport: Avignon-Provence, about 11 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
