Cocoonr offers this 40 m² flat for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, which sleeps up to 4 people.
It is located in a 3-hectare residence planted with trees, 250 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool and tennis court. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises - A 20 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140x200cm) and a dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a 3 m² east-facing balcony - A shower room (with shower and WC) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron. Outside : - A shared, unheated 11 x 25 m swimming pool, as well as an 11 x 4 m children's pool.
The swimming pool is open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September.
Opening dates non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - A second 3 m² east-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A shared garden of around 3 hectares The flat is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Discover the Caves Byrrh in Thuir, around 36 km away - Visit Collioure, around 8 km away - Perpignan 24 km away - Walks and hikes in the surrounding area - Tasting local products Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer, about 4 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 35 km away To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
