The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (1.50 × 1.90 m) and a spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom, located at the rear of the studio, includes a shower and a large window overlooking Rúa Mayor, providing abundant natural light. Its privileged location allows guests to explore on foot the city’s main cultural and historical landmarks, such as the Monterrey Palace, Casa de las Conchas, La Clerecía, the University of Salamanca, the Cathedral, Casa Lis, and the Tormes River, among many other must-see attractions.
