Cocoonr is offering to let this splendid 75 m² duplex apartment in the centre of Monêtier-les-Bains, in the heart of the Serre Chevalier estate.
This unique apartment combines modern decor with the authenticity of exposed beams, and boasts an entirely glazed south-facing façade that floods the space with light and warmth.
Ideally located for a car-free break, you'll enjoy a cosy setting with mountain views, perfect for recharging your batteries in the fresh air. The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 guests. Building work is currently taking place in a nearby flat and may cause some noise disturbance during the day. We apologise for any slight inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A separate entrance hall with dedicated storage for skis and boots On the first floor: - A spacious hallway with a large walk-in wardrobe - A bright living area comprising a lounge with a television, a wood-burning stove for your winter evenings, and a dining area opening onto a terrace with mountain views - A sofa bed that converts into a single bed (160x200) (please request this when booking) - A fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, etc.) - A master suite beneath the exposed beams with two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together to form a double bed, a private bath and a washing machine - A separate shower room with twin washbasins and a shower - A separate toilet On the second floor: - A second bedroom bathed in natural light with two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together - A third bedroom beneath a magnificent wooden roof structure with two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together - A walk-in wardrobe for storing your wetsuits and suitcases - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, bed linen is provided and your beds will be made up for your arrival.
Wi-Fi is included so you can stay connected throughout your stay. Activities nearby : The duplex is strategically located to make the most of the resort: - Amenities: bakery, mini-market, butcher and chemist within walking distance in just a few seconds - Skiing and leisure: free shuttle bus stop 50 metres from the ski lifts and cross-country skiing area - Relaxation: the Grands Bains du Monêtier are right next door for after-ski relaxation. - Nature: snowshoe, mountain bike and footpath departure points at the foot of the village Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can easily get around and park in the village's public car parks. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Free shuttle bus: 50 metres away, to take you throughout the resort - Nearest train station: Briançon station, about 20 minutes away by car or bus - Linkbus shuttles from Turin, Lyon and Grenoble airports in season On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ready-to-live-in rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
