IL MIRAMARE is a 6-story condominium located on the seafront in the northern area of Lidi degli Estensi, convenient to shops (100m) and the pedestrian area (400m). It features 2 splendid terraces overlooking the sea. Three-room apartment - sleeps 4+1. ON THE SIXTH and top floor, comprising a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with single sofa bed, TV, kitchenette, fridge-freezer and WASHING MACHINE, bathroom with shower, 2 TERRACES overlooking the sea, one of which is 20 m2 with outdoor furniture, AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT PUMP.
With good neighborly relations close together, everyone has a set of rules that regulate the right of ownership with respect to neighboring properties; friendly relations.
The bathing establishments offer numerous attractions for all ages; so that you go from the bathroom used exclusively to the use of beach and sea to the real establishment equipped with cabins, umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs but also kiosks, restaurants, play areas, entertainment.
You do not live only on the sea and when night falls the town pours onto Viale Carducci, the pulsating heart of the Lidi and the shopping street full of shops, clubs and entertainment.
Among the many initiatives organized by the same merchants in July are the pink night, the bike food festival (street food festival) and the beach tennis supervip (beach volleyball tournament).
In August it is the turn of Viale degli Artisti (an evening dedicated to circus artists), the Lidi in the basket (big pic-pic in the park of Viale delle Querce) and the Street salsa festival.
Towards the end of the season, around the middle of September, the annual Vintage Motorbike Rally will take place as part of the event called "sbaracco".
The SS 309 Romea towards Ravenna is very facilitated and leads directly to the beach after a stretch of 110 km; from Padua and Bologna, on the other hand, take the A 13 motorway until the Ferrara Sud toll booth, and then pour over the motorway junction to Porto Garibaldi in the direction of Ravenna. The entrance to the Lido is 5 km away.
