Cocoonr offers you this charming 200 m² house in Agen to rent, which sleeps up to 12 people.
It comprises a bright 40 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, five lovely bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 50 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen opening onto the garden, featuring: an electric kettle, a Malongo espresso machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob, air fryer, steam cooker…
- A comfortable, separate lounge with a TV, various books and board games
- A pantry with a freezer and a small additional fridge
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and a fitted wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: a large bedroom of 30m² with a double bed (140x190), a single bed and a walk-in wardrobe
- A shower room with a shower
- A separate toilet
- A utility room
Second floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190) and a study area
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x190) and a study area
- Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190) and a desk area
- A bathroom with a bath and shower

An extra bed can also be provided by the owners to accommodate up to 12 people.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, travel cot, child seat, pushchair, shopping trolley, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 50 m² courtyard with a furnished terrace (tables, chairs, outdoor armchairs) and a garden to enjoy on sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Agen, in a quiet, residential area close to the Garonne.
You'll be within walking distance of the town centre, with all the essential shops, restaurants, bars and markets nearby... Events : - Les Fêtes d'Agen (end of August): concerts, entertainment, gastronomy - Folies Vocales (end of May): music festival throughout the city - Garonne en Fête (summer): events around the river - Rencontres Philosophiques Michel Serres (November): lectures and cultural events - Mang'Agen Games & Fiction (February) - Concerts and shows at Agen Agora (all year round) Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house. Electricity points are located nearby. Bicycles are available on request.
