We are GuestReady, a rental management company, and we want to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you need any assistance during your stay.
Please note that this is a private residence, so we ask you to take care of it as if it were your own. You can easily reach the property by public transport and by car. But preferably arrive by car. The Urb. Olimar bus station is a 6-minute walk from the property Valencia airport is 15 minutes by car from the property Check-in at this property is self check-in. Physical keys are obtained in a lockbox on the property door.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the lockbox code that same day via the owner's contact. We provide basic amenities for the first days of stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags.
If you need cleaning or additional bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Parking: Free street parking is available in the residential area. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

In addition, we provide our guests with a barbecue to enjoy unforgettable evenings while contemplating the tranquility of the surroundings. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, utensils and everything you need to prepare any meal comfortably.
