Cocoonr is offering this charming sea-view holiday home for rent at Tour-du-Parc, not far from Sarzeau.
It features direct access to the sea and an oyster farm, and comes with Wi-Fi (fibre optic). The property has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,500 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living room with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) – A shower cubicle - A bathroom - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (2x90x190cm) - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) - A bathroom For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 2,500 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in the village of Tour-du-Parc, in a natural setting with views over the Gulf of Morbihan. You can enjoy an oyster tasting at the oyster farm, which is just a 3-minute walk away along the coastal path. All essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes station, 25 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, 115 km away, or Rennes Bretagne Airport, 120 km away On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you get the most out of it.
