In addition, access to the metro is quick and easy through nearby stations such as Xàtiva Metrovalencia and Colón Metrovalencia, belonging to the Metrovalencia network, which directly links to the airport, the train station and other key points. Thanks to its privileged location in the historic center, it is also possible to get around on foot to most of the main points of interest, enjoying the charm of its streets.

Signing a contract is mandatory. We provide basic items for first use: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding, please let us know and we will be happy to provide it for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding tobacco consumption on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for tobacco consumption. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Additional keys: €20 (set of additional keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during your stay). Additional cleaning with bedding: the price of the cleaning fee. Additional linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.
