The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor (step-free access): – A 46 m² living area with a dining area for 8 people (with access to the terrace) and a lounge area with satellite TV. - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet (90 cm doors, grab rails) - A garage with a utility room (washing machine) On the ground floor: - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet with a washbasin For even greater comfort, the owners provide a 7.4kW charging point for electric vehicles, a barbecue, a washing machine, a cot, a high chair, an iron and ironing board, a DVD player and collection of DVDs, books and games.
